If you're a pianist and a Reason user, I couldn't recommend this more. The new units (Thor, arpeggiator, rebuilt sequencer) are excellent additions to the Reason toolkit. Having said that, expect to have a fairly lengthy period of re-learning the sequencer (depending on how set you already were in your ways) as it now behaves differently enough to throw you for a loop here and there.
